The name Boss is something I borrowed from my surname Bosman. In Dutch it means woodman, the woodsmen in olden days would protect the Castle walls of the community against those who's intentions were not always good, whilst also protecting some very fine red carpet events of their time within the Castle walls. Boss is now in its twentieth year April 4th 2008.
